What is the refund policy?
Refunds are applied based on the date the cancellation request is submitted, as outlined below:
September 20–22, 2026
90% of the total payment will be refunded.(7–9 days prior to the event)
September 23–26, 2026
80% of the total payment will be refunded.(3–6 days prior to the event)
September 27–28, 2026
70% of the total payment will be refunded.(1–2 days prior to the event)
After September 28, 2026
Refunds are not available.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I purchase tickets using cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported directly on our website.

Can I attend the event with my child?
This event is strictly limited to attendees 19 years of age or older.
Children and minors under the age of 19 are not permitted to enter the venue, regardless of accompaniment.
Valid identification may be required upon entry.
Failure to provide age verification may result in denied admission.
I did not receive my ticket email.
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first.
If you are unable to locate the email, you can log in to your account and access your ticket QR code directly from the MY TICKET page.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
I entered the wrong email address.
Email addresses cannot be modified directly after the purchase has been completed.

I purchased multiple tickets. How can I transfer a ticket?
Ticket transfers must be completed prior to event entry.
You can transfer your ticket by logging in and accessing the MY TICKET page.
Please note that ticket transfers may not be processed on-site on the event day. We strongly recommend completing the transfer in advance.
Can I use a nickname instead of my legal name?
Identification may be required at the venue for verification purposes.
If the name on your ticket does not match your ID, entry may be denied.
Where can I find information about speakers or the program?
Speaker and program details will be available on the official KBW2026 website.
The agenda and speaker lineup will be announced progressively as they are confirmed.

Can I pay with a corporate card?
Yes. You may proceed with payment using a corporate card in the same way as a personal card.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. After completing your payment, please send an invoice request to ticket@koreablockchainweek.com. Our team will review your request and issue the invoice accordingly.
Who qualifies for the student ticket?
The student ticket is available to:
• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students (including Master's, PhD candidates, and research students) at domestic or international universities
• Students on leave of absence who can provide valid proof of enrollment as of the event date (graduates must purchase a regular ticket)
• Students enrolled in overseas universities
※ High school students and minors under the age of 19 are not permitted to attend under event policy.
What documents are required to collect a student badge?
You must present one of the following:
• Certificate of enrollment issued within 3 months of the event date
• Student ID card along with proof of current enrollment
• Official enrollment verification document (for overseas universities)
※ Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denial of entry.
Are graduating students or students on leave eligible for the discount?
The discount applies only if you can provide proof of active enrollment for the relevant academic term as of the event date.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes. Re-entry is permitted as long as you are wearing your event badge. Access is valid only on the date(s) specified on your purchased ticket.
Who should I contact regarding lost items?
During the event, please visit the on-site operations desk. After the event, contact us at info@koreablockchainweek.com.
Will meals be provided?
Yes. A standing buffet lunch will be provided at a designated location within the venue during lunchtime.
Where is the KBW2026 registration desk located?
The registration desk is located on B1 level of Walkerhill, in front of the Theatre of Light souvenir shop, along the path to the Light Lounge.
• From the Grand Hotel entrance: Take the elevator in front of Le Passage Bakery to B1
• By hotel shuttle: Get off at the Grand Hotel stop and proceed to B1
• By car: Park at the parking tower and use the B1 connecting passage
Where can I collect my badge?
You may collect your badge at the on-site registration desk by presenting the QR code sent during pre-registration. Please have your QR code ready to ensure smooth entry.

• September 29 (Tue): 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Pre-registration only, no venue access)
• September 30 (Wed): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Venue access from 9:00 AM)
• October 1 (Thu): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Venue access from 9:00 AM)

Can someone else attend on my behalf?
No. Proxy attendance is not permitted. You must complete the official ticket transfer process before arrival and bring a valid ID for entry.
Ticket transfers can be completed via the MY TICKET page after logging in.
Is photography, video recording, or audio recording allowed?
Recording for personal use is permitted.
However, prior approval from the organizers is required if the materials are used for commercial purposes, including sales, promotion, or content production.
Can I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes. Please email info@koreablockchainweek.com to request issuance of a certificate of attendance.
